The Charlie Hebdo massacre in the Prophecies of Nostradamus

The massacre at the offices of Charlie Hebdo occurred on 7 Jan 2015:

Par la discorde negligence Gauloise
Sera passaige a Mahommet ouvert
De sang trempe la terre et mer Senoise
le port phocen de voiles et nefs convert  1-18

By the French negligent discord
Will be a passage to Mohammed open
Of blood soaked the earth and sea Senoise
The port phocen of sails and ships covered (or convert?).

The first line elegantly describes how the cartoonists at Charlie Hebdo, insisted on publishing a cartoon of the prophet Mohammed, which is offensive to many Muslims and can be considered as racist, as well as contrary to the very aims of free speech it purports to support. Nostradamus uses the term 'negligent discord' which implies that the publication of this cartoon created the discord which provoked such a violent reaction; as had been witnessed in previous attacks in Denmark and the Netherlands, so in this respect, the editors were negligent and we are not all 'Charlie Hebdo' if free speech is knowingly used to provoke violent reaction. The 2nd line can be read in two ways, either referring to 'Mohammed open' as the cartoon of the prophet himself, or as opening up a line of Muslim attack on Paris.
'Senoise' is clearly not Siena in Italy, as Erika Cheetham believed, and Sens east of Paris may not be relevant either. In fact, the Kouachi brothers who carrid out the massacre were trained in Yemen by Al Quaeda. Sana or Sana'a is the capital city of Yemen, so a natural base for al Quaeda and their is currently war in that blood soaked land. furthermore, the Kouachi brothers were ostensibly visiting the Sana'a institute for the Arabic Language. The 'port phocen' is perhaps Marseilles, which was founded by colonists from Phocaea in west Turkey. This may refer to the mass immigration into this port of fleeing migrants, as covered in other quatrains, but perhaps also refer to the fact that Marseilles was the seat of Le Pen's racist Front National, which in turn has influenced much of the anti Muslim commentary in France. Its certainly a complex web of circumstance, which may mean this last line has not occurred yet.
Other blogs in this series refer to the Prophecies of Nostradamus in relation to recent events at 9/11, Islamic State, the Hubble Space Telescope and other current affairs.
